1. Check whether the last bit used has any damage, cutter dropping, diameter reduction, etc., make sure there is no cutter and other hard articles of cemented carbide or steel at the bottom of the well after the last use of the bit, and clean the bottom of the well if necessary.
2. Check whether there is any abnormality in the cutters of the drill bit, whether there is O-ring in the nozzle hole, and install the nozzle as required.
3. Clean the bit male or female thread and apply thread oil.
4. Install the unloader on the drill bit and lower the drill string so that it comes to contact with the male or female thread and make up.
5. Put the drill bit and the unloader into the turntable bushing, and then tighten the screw thread according to the recommended torque value.
