Single screw is generally used in high-viscosity, complex media environment, such as sludge, coal-water slurry, jam and other transportation
Twin-screw is driven by the gear drive by the two screws and screw sleeve combined work, generally used in clean media or a variety of media mixed environment, such as oil tankers unloading sweep warehouse, oil and gas mixing and so on.
Three screw pump is driven by the main screw 2 symmetrical slave screw, in the screw sleeve mutual meshing work, generally suitable for clean and have a certain viscosity and a certain lubrication of the media, such as oil.
Product Operate Guide
1. Pipe column combination: using API tubing, at least we should add one tubing below the pump to install the tubing anchor for anchoring
2. Best to equip with sand filter tail pipe below the pump to to prevent large particles or foreign body entering into the pump
3. In order to reduce frictional resistance and improve sucker rod running stability, best to equip with friction reducing centralizer (ball friction coupling)
4. When extract oil in the large slope inclined shaft, and diameter than 7" oil well, we suggest install tubing centralizers (especially sections up and down the pump). Sucker rod equips with ball friction coupling.
